Danyu Li is an illustrator, graphic designer, and printmaking artist from Tianjin, China. Fluent in both Chinese and English, she is good at observing everyday life and shows it in her works in a narrative style. Her wide range of interests include traditional Chinese instrument Pipa, golf and swimming, from which she draws inspiration to enrich her images. Her works are not only proficient in using software, but also trying with different media, including but not limited to etching, woodcut, drypoint, silkscreen, and watercolor.
In 2024, she had the opportunity to work at K. Caraccio Printing Studio, where she honed her expertise in a wide range of printmaking techniques. Passionate about pushing creative boundaries, she continues to experiment across disciplines, crafting works that bridge tradition and innovation.
